WIN:
The WIN program (Whatever Is Needed) at the Thorn Hill Education Center is designed to help youth between the ages of 16 – 18 years of age to reach their goals by providing “Whatever Is Needed”.
The WIN program provides GED preparation, employment and college preparation, transportation services, and financial incentives for the completion of each step needed to reach these goals.
The WIN program participates in the WIA “Steps to Success” Competition each year. The competition gives the youth a chance to demonstrate the skills that they have acquired throughout the year and recognizes the accomplishments the youth have achieved.
The WIN program is administered by the Thorn Hill Education Center Foundation and is an out-of-school program that serves youth in Franklin County working toward obtaining their GED and finding employment.
