The Bluegrass Workforce Investment Act Youth Program serves low -income, at risk youth between the ages of 16-21.  The Youth Program provides year-round accessible services linking businesses, vocational training, post-secondary institutions, faith and community-based organizations, Chambers of Commerce, and industrial programs that are ready and willing to provide educational and employment assistance.
